Service Description

Help us build our bench The URJ is offering Hadrachah, a 6-session interactive online training created for lay leaders in small congregations like ours. It’s designed to strengthen leadership skills, deepen relationships, and support the people who help carry synagogue life. Sessions will be held on Wednesdays, April 15, 22, and 29, and May 6, 13, and 20, from 8:00–9:15 PM ET. We’re also looking into the possibility of hosting a group participation option in the Social Hall. Interested? Let us know so we can start putting together a group.
