Directed by Sheila Cohn, the JCO group walks on Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday mornings starting at 8:00 AM, and ending at 9:00 AM.  These are both positive social connections as well as physical exercise experiences. There are usually two walking groups: one that walks at a quicker pace and another that walks at a slower pace. The walks end with stretching exercises. They are between 1 1/2 and 2 1/2 miles long.
 

The Sunday walk is through the beautiful Ojai Land Conservancy Meadow. We meet in the Nordhoff High School parking lot (by Maricopa Hwy), next to the football field.  

The Tuesday & Thursday walks are on either the bike path or through the streets. We meet at the Ojai Valley Museum on the Blanche Street side (by Ojai Ave).
