The Red Tent

The Red Tent….a place where the women of biblical times went to gather in the privacy of other women; where they talked about their personal tent life; where they asked their questions of child-rearing and gave their answers of baking their bread. 

Fast forward to 2022, at our Jewish Community of Ojai, where our intergenerational version of the Red Tent comes to life. A group of our women members, no matter their age, gather once a month to learn about each other; to experience new adventures together; to share crafts and stories. A place where we can just ‘be’ as only women know how to do.

At this meeting there will be kibbutzing while painting rocks. Food and drinks will be served. The event is hosted by Debbie Rubinstein.
