Rent Edie's lovely, affordable home

I want to rent my Ojai home to trusted friends or friends/family of trusted friends while taking an extended visit to my daughter and grandchildren in New Zealand. I am a legal Resident of NZ and want to stay for 6-18 months. It has privacy and a vast and gorgeous view over the Ventura River bottom to the mountains beyond. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 patios, a large sunroom with gas fireplace, extra office space, tons of closets and storage, wonderful neighbors, and a community building and swimming pool.
