Dear Current and Prospective Members,
On behalf of the Temple Board, I welcome you to “The Jewish Community of the Oaks”. Established 15 years ago in 1994, we continue to be the center for expression of Jewish life in the Ojai Valley. That expression of faith begins with each one of you and your families, as you join us here at the Temple. We all bring our one-of-a-kind personality and expression of faith to a religious community. You are an important, cherished and needed member of our community of faith.
As current members you will shortly be receiving a mailing for your membership renewal for June 2010 – May 2011. If you know of a prospective member, please encourage them to consider joining us this year!!
As a prospective member, please review our handy website application form, and contact me with any questions you have. Or you can simply print and complete the application and mail it to the address shown. We would love to have you join us, and we know you will love to be a member and regularly participate in the varied cultural, religious, and interfaith activities here in our community.
Your membership dues provide continuity and security that our Temple will not just look forward to celebrating another 15 years, but its 100th anniversary as well. We hope you will join us and be a part of a community, part of a spiritual journey, part of our unique history here in the Ojai Valley.
